These Terms of Service apply to the Adventure Boat Tours website, online booking tools, and tour services. By using the site or completing a booking, you agree to these terms. If you are booking for other guests, you are responsible for sharing the applicable trip information with them.
Bookings and payment
A booking is complete only after payment is accepted and a confirmation is issued. Bókun provides live availability, pricing, and reservation records for online checkout. The final price, availability, and reservation details shown during checkout apply to the booking.
Trip details and guest responsibilities
Follow the arrival time, meeting point, parking, clothing, and safety instructions shown after checkout and in your booking confirmation. The person making the booking must provide accurate contact information and the correct party size, save the meeting-point details, and make sure everyone in the party arrives at the correct location on time. The boat leaves on schedule and will not be held for late guests.
A late arrival or failure to appear may be treated as a no-show. The ticket remains charged and is not refundable or transferable solely because a guest arrived late, went to the wrong location, or missed departure, except where the cancellation and refund terms shown for the selected experience or applicable law require otherwise. Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult. Guests must follow crew safety instructions and may not interfere with safe vessel operation.
Weather, wildlife, and changes
Boat tours are affected by weather, water conditions, wildlife movement, operational needs, and lawful instructions from authorities. Wildlife, sunsets, visibility, and specific routes cannot be guaranteed. Adventure Boat Tours may delay, modify, reschedule, or cancel a trip when reasonably needed for safety or operations.
Cancellations and refunds
The cancellation and refund terms shown for the selected experience during booking and in the confirmation apply to that reservation. Contact us as soon as possible if plans change. If Adventure Boat Tours cancels a trip, the team will explain the available rescheduling or refund options.
Health, accessibility, and special requests
Tell us before booking if a guest has a mobility, medical, or other need that may affect boarding or participation. We will provide current information about the vessel and experience so you can make an informed decision. A separate waiver or acknowledgement may apply when it is presented before a particular activity.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with booking systems, submit false information, or use automated tools in a way that harms the service or other customers. Website content, branding, and original media are owned by Adventure Boat Tours or used with permission.
Third-party services
The site relies on service providers for payment, reservations, messaging, analytics, maps, and hosting. Their services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Adventure Boat Tours is not responsible for a third-party service outside its reasonable control.
Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, Adventure Boat Tours is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited. Florida law applies to these terms, without overriding any consumer protection that must apply where you live.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the website or services change. The date above shows the latest revision. Questions can be sent to support@adventureboat.tours or discussed by calling (904) 759-2759.
