Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, party size, selected tour, requested date, messages, and other details needed to answer an inquiry or manage a booking. The site may also receive basic technical information such as device type, browser, referring page, approximate location, and interactions with the site. When you use the embedded booking calendar or checkout, booking details are provided directly to Bókun and its configured payment provider as needed to complete or recover checkout.
Payments and reservations
Base44 hosts the public website. Bókun provides the embedded booking calendar, checkout, live availability, and reservation records. Stripe processes online payments through Bókun. Adventure Boat Tours and Base44 do not receive or store your complete card number. Information needed to complete a purchase is sent to those providers over secure connections.

- Prevent fraud, secure accounts, and investigate technical problems.
- Understand site performance and improve the website and booking experience.
- Meet legal, accounting, insurance, and safety obligations.
Booking communications and payment verification
Booking confirmations and meeting-point details are shown on screen after checkout and delivered by email through our reservation system. By entering your required phone number at checkout, you agree that we may contact you about your booking, for example with meeting-point details, weather delays, or schedule changes. These messages are operational, not marketing. Message and data rates may apply, and delivery and timing are not guaranteed. Stripe Link may send a one-time SMS verification code to verify saved payment details; that is a payment-security message, not a promotional message or a charge.
Optional marketing
You may affirmatively select Bókun's optional email-marketing checkbox. It is not required to book. If selected and checkout is not completed, Bókun may send one reminder with a link to finish booking. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email. Promotional text messages, if offered, require a separate opt-in and are not a condition of purchase.
Analytics, cookies, and local storage
The site may use cookies, analytics tools, and local browser storage to measure visits, remember practical booking information, and understand website performance. You can limit cookies through your browser, although some features may not work as expected.
When information is shared
We share information with providers that help operate the website and tours, including reservation, payment, email, hosting, analytics, and security services. Those providers may use information only to perform services for Adventure Boat Tours and may not use mobile information for their own marketing. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share mobile phone information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose other information when required by law, to protect guests or the business, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for bookings, customer service, safety, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. No method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free, but reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to records we must retain. You may also opt out of nonessential marketing communications.
Children
Tours may be appropriate for families, but bookings are intended to be made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without appropriate adult involvement.
