1. Booking & Payment

Reservations may be made online or by phone. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

2. Arrival Time & Check-In

Please arrive 15–20 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may not be permitted to board once the vessel is underway.

3. Weather Policy

Tours may operate in light rain and normal conditions. If unsafe weather occurs, the captain may delay, modify, or cancel the trip. If we cancel, guests may reschedule or receive a credit.

4. Cancellation Policy (Direct Bookings)

• Cancellations 24+ hours before departure: free reschedule or credit.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: non-refundable.
• No-shows: non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Third-Party Vouchers

All monetary refunds for Groupon and other third-party vouchers must be handled directly through the issuing party. Guests must redeem their voucher for a specific trip time.

6. Safety & Conduct

• All guests must follow captain and crew instructions at all times.
• Unsafe, aggressive, or intoxicated behavior may result in denied boarding without refund.
• No standing on railings or unsafe areas of the vessel.

7. Alcohol, Smoking, and Substances

• BYOB allowed for guests 21+ only, including beer, wine, and canned drinks.
• For safety and the protection of all passengers and crew, smoking and vaping are prohibited onboard.
• No illegal substances allowed.

8. Children & Minors

• Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times.

9. Accessibility

Please call us before booking at (904)-759-2758 if you or a member of your group has mobility considerations. We do our best to accommodate.

10. Pets & Service Animals

Service animals are welcome. Pets may be allowed depending on the vessel—please call ahead at (904)-759-2758.

11. Wildlife Sightings

Wildlife sightings, including dolphins, are not guaranteed. Refunds are not issued for missed sightings.

12. Personal Belongings

Adventure Boat Tours is not responsible for lost or damaged items such as phones, cameras, or bags.

13. Gift Cards & Credits

• Gift cards and credits hold no cash value.
• Unused credits may expire according to offer terms.

14. Liability Disclaimer

Guests acknowledge that boating carries inherent risks. By boarding, guests agree to hold Adventure Boat Tours harmless for injury or loss except in cases of proven negligence.

15. Privacy Policy

Your information is never sold or shared. We use contact details only for reservation communication and necessary trip notifications.

15.1 SMS & Text Messaging Policy

By providing your mobile phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Adventure Boat Tours related to your reservation. These messages may include booking confirmations, reminders, schedule updates, and customer support communications. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. 16. Policy Updates
